Our Coordinator will partner with you to ensure all the wedding planning you've done is executed just as you imagined. Here are some of the things you can expect:

• At least two scheduled meetings prior to wedding weekend:
  • Initial intake and 2-week out meeting 
• Unlimited communication via email with a 48 hr response time
• Creation and collaboration of your wedding day timeline
• Administer timeline to your vendors prior to your wedding weekend
• 1-hour rehearsal facilitation
• 10-hours on site wedding day support
• Procession and recession coordination
• Manage vendors during setup
• Set up small decor items and other ceremony items i.e. guest book, unity candles, table cards, etc.
• Access to emergency wedding day kit (the 'Melanie Poppins' bag!), if needed
• Coordination of ceremony and reception
• Distribute final payments and tips to vendors 
• Secure gifts and personal items to be packed up post reception
• Be the go-to person throughout the wedding day so family and guests can enjoy the day

*Any specific requests you may have of your Coordinator can be discussed and added upon your initial intake. 

You may have a venue that provides an on-site Coordinator and are wondering if you still need an additional independent Coordinator for your day. Let us help clear things up for you: 

While the venue Coordinator is great to have to ensure your contract with the venue is upheld, they work for the venue. They may have multiple weddings on the same day and ultimately, are not there to communicate with your outside vendors or help run the show. 

Always a Bridesmaid's Coordinator works for you. She will be there to connect with and guide your vendors, manage your specified timeline, and act as the point of contact for any and all concerns so you can enjoy your special day.
